 Throw caution to the wind.
Go sit somewhere quiet. Hold her hands in yours and look her deep in her eyes. And then open your mouth and just let it all come out. Don't worry about how you sound or what you say. Just speak from your heart and don't let your head get in the way. If you both end up crying then you know you've done it right.
