 Well, if she called you Dave instead of John, I think there'd be a problem! Seriously, though, did you ask her why? Maybe she was just trying something new, or something she'd heard on a film, book, etc. If you have no other reason to think that anything untoward is going on, I'd just say to her that it's been playing on your mind. I'm always one for bringing things like that into the open, or you will just keep on worrying about it with no answer. If you have a good and trusting relationship, I am sure she'll be happy to put your mind at rest. x
