Can you move the PC to the main living room of the house? They'll be much less keen to look if they think you can walk in and see them at any moment.
I also have to say that stopping teenage boys looking at internet porn is a bit like standing on the beach at low tide and commanding the sea not to come in. You have an uphill battle ahead of you, it might be better to try to educate them on what porn is and does, rather than to stop them looking at it.

You might be better off ditching the computer to accomplish this.
Cyber Nanny and those things work but a lot of mainstream unblocked sites will allow through porn. Like google images, and google video. Youtube is a major porn source.
What would work would be to use a whitelist in a browswer like Netscape 8.x. But then you'd have to lock down the desktop. This is a lot of work.

Ask your ISP or look around on whatever program you may be using,
but personally i dont think it will do anything, because im a teen and i know how to get round it if i wanted to and there will always be ones that dont get blocked,
Also its healthy for them, surely its better they knew about stuff rather than not? personally i would let them carry on
