writes: I need some advice.This is a long story Im a 16 yr old gurl and i have this teacher who is 23. He is so hot and extremely nice and we always flirted with eachother and i always liked him and still do like him heaps. He told me that i was the kind of girl he would want to marry some day. I feel the same way about him. Only problem is he is my history teacher. Story goes on and trust me its going to sound worse.. a week ago i had him last period and when it was time to go home i purposely took my time packing up. When everyone left the classroom he shut the door and told me that i was beautiful and he had fallen for me hard. I told him that i felt the same. We started making out in the classroom but stopped incase we would get caught. I started to walk home and he pulled his car up next to me and i got in and he drove to this park and we hooked up in the back of his car. Not sex but everything else and he didnt force me either. He told me that if i felt uncomfortable we could stop but the thing is i didnt want to. I really really like him and we have so much in common. This is still going on nearlly every afternoon and i just need to know what you think. He told me he's going to leave his job and go to another school so we cqn be toghether cos he said he loves me. He doesnt have a girlfriend or anything so he's not cheating. What should i do.

reader, anonymous, writes (18 August 2006): He's just trying to 'get into your pants'. What kind of guy is this? If he had any sense he would wait until you graduated and became an adult. Don't be such a airhead over all this and start thinking for yourself. You are 16 and you have a life ahead of you and you have choices that would be better than trying to get it on with a teacher! His job puts him in a positon of trust and he had committment to being a good role model to kids..not trying to get young teen girls into bed. He will eventually get caught and believe me-you aren't the first 16 year old he's tried this with. If he continues this-he will lose his career and job. If I were you, I'd look at life more realistically, rather than all starry eyed and living the fantasy. You are treading into dangerous waters here..be careful.

reader, anonymous, writes (18 August 2006): I know that this is all exiting for you and him i am sure but if you really love eachother as much as you think you do you will wait until this is legal.Either you should change schools or he should or just wait until you finish. Im sure he isnt taking advantage of you by what you say. He is pretty young himself only 23 and probably cant control himself but he should have that level of maturity to stop this before he ends up behind bars.I guess that the posotive in this is that he at least didnt make you have sex or pressure you to do anything and that you are only 7 yrs apart..It would be different if he was in his 40s. Just be careful Babe There are alot of players out there. Yes even teachers

 I know that you feel like this is love and he loves you but honestly its wrong. Not because of your feelings or his but he is your teacher lets not forget that and you're only 16 lets not forget that either. Its statutory rape!!! You know this I'm sure. He has a position of authority over you and this will be uncomfortable after so long. Its good now because its fresh and new but don't let your heart override your brain here. This is not a healthy relationship. I know if my daughter told me she was making out with her teacher in a car at the park of all places, I would flip!!! Personally, I think you should break it off because if you cared about him you should know that if caught he could face jail time and he should know that this could damage your outlook on relationships altogether. I'm trying to be as light on this thing as possible but its hard to pick and choose the my words but this isn't healthy. I can't advise you on what to do because this relationship isn't in the proper context. I hope this helps.

reader, anonymous, writes (18 August 2006): Sorry but regardless of whether he moves school or not, what he has done is totally illegal and very wrong and irresponsible of him. He has taken advantage of his position as your teacher. I cant say whether he does or doesnt have feelings about you and whether yours are true or just a crush but this really is wrong and neither of you, specially him, should have acted on them!! As hard as this will be for you, you really need to speak to an adult preferably your mum!! Good luck x
