It makes loud noises that people think are funny because it sounds like I'm passing gas or have to use the bathroom. I'm the cause of it because it only does it when I stress and worry about. I can't enjoy my senior year because in school during test and lectures you have to be quiet and the whole room is quiet and when this happens I get nervous and start to worry and cause myself to build up gas and make my stomach makes noises. I tell myself all the time not to worry. I guess I need more motivation and self esteem How can I not worry about my stomach and focus?

take Beano every morning it works on all gas
and carry Gas-X for when you feel it build up they make strips you dont' need water to take
and stop thinking you are the center of everyone's universe...you are the center of YOUR universe only.... and I doubt anyone really pays that much attention to what your stomach is doing.
I had surgery a few years ago and my insides make so much noise now that from across the room with the TV on my partner can hear it... it's become a joke and we refer to my insides as Oscar because it's such a grouchy pouch now...

Buddy you have posted this on DC numerous times. I think it's time you get some real professional therapy, I truly think there is more here than a grumbling stomach.

Start eating yohurts and prunes. They help against stomach issues and prevents the build up of gas and upset stomachs. Which will aid you in times when you get nervous.
Next, you are putting way too much importance to yourself. People don't care. So what, you make some noise, maybe you make someone laugh, but then what? Don't take yourself to be of too much importance here, everyone is NOT listening to you, or being bothered by you, or paying you attention. People go about their business, your belly making noises or not. Sure you might find it embarrassing, but how many people do you really think cares? Everyone? You think everyone in the classroom really cares about you and your belly? They don't. They're ignoring it. They don't sit and giggle and think you are passing gas, they are focusing on their tests.
If you stop believing that people will care then you'll also stop getting so stressed out about it. If nothing else works just take a few deep breaths and picture a nice calming place and relax. No ones day or test is being ruined by your stomach noises.

All I wanted to do was laugh, unfortunately so did my 3 colleagues. It was just nerves, bit of stress nothing more,so I took a few deep calming breaths till I was relaxed.Thats what I do now, just relax myself when it happens. One of my friends used to get hiccups when she was nervous, think we all get something.
