LazyGuy agony auntWhat is her mental maturity? Some people are mentally children but trapped in an adults body and living in an adult world.

If she is seen in other areas as being a child, then she is a child and this includes sexually. And yes, young children are abused and do not always fully understand what they are doing and need the protection of fully aware adults.

Most likely you have assistance from a professional? Discuss it with them. They are more capable of judging her capability to enter a mature relationship as a consenting adult then you as a father probably can.
