The only physical way to increase ejaculation volume during oral sex, if that is the desire, is a prostate rub just before climax - to my experience. Not everyone of either gender finds this activity acceptable or comfortable, but the result is fairly stunning when properly applied. The intensity of orgasm for the man is also extra pleasurable. I have serious doubts that the so-called chemical or vitamin/natural remedies for increasing sperm volume are the least bit effective except for making money for the snake-oil peddlers.
