writes:Im 20 and I've never had a girlfriend. My problem is that Im always falling in love with girls who are my best friends or becoming friends with girls I really like. Things normally go wrong at this point and I've been hurt this way a few times when Ive asked them out or they've realised. I have success with girls at clubs (just kissing and dancing) but its always with girls I dont care about when Im not being myself and the few times Ive tried to keep in contact things just fizzle out. Ive been described as fairly good looking and cute(altho im kind of short). Am I going about things the wrong way how do guys find a girlfriend?

reader, anonymous, writes (25 December 2007): the best way to win a girls heart is to first be friends with her. if you want to have her as your girlfriend you need to include respect and passion. so if you really like her first make her comfortable with you, be friends. then tell her how you feel about her. kiss her.
