reader, anonymous, writes (8 June 2009): yep, very very normal. you are one lucky lad. plse don't neglect her or rebuke her for this horniness(?). some women enjoy sex during this time just soooooo much - something to do with the hormones. enjoy while it lasts but yes plse listen to the others here as well. just make sure she is comfortable and nothing too strenuous while in her last trimester.

My wife was pretty horny when she was pregnant (4 times). I think I read someplace that about 1/3 of all women are like that. That worked well for us because, contrary to a lot of social conditioning, I think pregnant women are beautiful, sexy, and very desirable.
Your wife is getting to the point where everything - including sex - will have to be less strenuous. Let her show you which positions are easiest for her - probably spoons, or maybe her on top. Unless the Dr. says otherwise, you can probably play right up until she starts labor. Once that starts you'll have to do without for a few weeks.
More importantly - make EXTRA EFFORTS to let her know that you love her even more, and still find her EXTREMELY attractive. The best way to let her know this is by helping in every way you can.
I'm glad my wife chose to breastfeed into the kids' second year. I'd bring the baby for feeding in the middle of the night, the kid would clamp onto the front, I'd cuddle up and caress from the back, and when the kid finished we often had a session of gentle, intimate lovemaking before drifting off to sleep.
