The universal menopause problem we ALL face, women and men.
At age 54 menopause is almost certainly over, the ovaries have shut down and the sex hormones cease, as does the libido.
Most husbands turn to masturbation, together with porn and some toys etc.
Apart from 'going outside' it is about the only way to keep our sexual urges under control.
Good luck.

Mant things can affect a womans sexual desire. If you have been in the relationship for a long time the need for that type of intimicay can decrease. Age could also play a role, if she has started menopause her ability to become aroused as her hormone levels drop may be affected. I would suggest talking to her about the problem, if it is not an emotional issue then she should probably see a doctor to rule out physical causes as well. Good luck.
