My partner had an affair and a drinking problem! He's back but nothing has changed. What can I do?

Well did you date him and keep it at a distance to see if he has changed? Did you lay ground rules down?

Four weeks is just too short of a time for him to demonstrate he is willing to change his bum ways.

You need to tell yourself it is over, not just think it.

This is your call.

Should you decide to kick him to the curb; make a promise to yourself you don't need him and you deserve better- a man who is self reliant, trustworthy, not an alcoholic, who can remain faithful, and who wants to commit to you and have a lasting relationship.

Please also get some individual counselling to address why you would believe it is acceptable to be involved with such a man.
