No one's sexual fantasy is their partner. Because most of us can seperate real life from make believe.
Also, she is pretty much objectifying these people in her fantasies, perhaps she cares to much about you and your feelings to do that to you. But as she has no emotional investment in these attractive people, she uses their images for simple sexual gratification.
Another thing, have you actually tried bringing this up with her and telling her this? She's the one you need to be talking to, not the interwebs.
