Yes, we all age physically but mentally we become stronger....use your head to find something different that you like equally well. What was it about this position that you like so much? If it was the deep penetration, there are other positions that aren't as acrobatic where you can still achieve this. On the other hand, have you told your wife about this delima? Perhaps with some stretching exercises she could regain her agility....but then again, maybe not.
