Hi there, don't get too worried , when I was younger and started to drink coffee, I found that it was a natural laxative for my body. You are consumming too much coffee, I think. Also, try to add wheat germ to your diet, only a teaspoon or so every other day, also eat something like All Bran, every now and then or bran flakes, you need a little fiber. I would think though, it you cease drinking so much coffee, your "problem" will clear up quickly. You also probably need to drink something like Gatorade, until this clears up, so that you don't get dehydrated, from the slight condition. You will be fine, just stop drinking so much "joe". Take care.

You should probably see a doctor. He or she will probably want you to do a hemoccult test (yes, it's gross but it tells you if there could be something seriously wrong inside) to rule out some important illnesses.
The doctor can probably advise you from there, but you'll probably end up with having to seriously monitor the amount of fiber in your diet. You say you eat a lot of veggies, but sometimes you have to be careful just WHICH fruits and veggies you get, in order to get the right amounts of fiber.
If this were a temporary matter, there are always anti-diarrhea pills that you can take to get through it, but since it seems to be a chronic condition you really should seek medical attention to rule out serious medical problems.
