writes: My neighbour always borrows my money and he never returns to me. If I say something bad to him, I will lose my neighbour's friendship. I have known him for about 4 years. He never borrows me since his wife died. I know that money is important to him but I want to use money too. What could I do ?

Firmly tell him no the next time he asks, if you feel awkward, say you have no money yourself and could be doing with the X amount of money he owes you and could you maybe have it back say within a week?If he refuses, he is not a true friend. Dont lend him any more money.

You need to be clear to him that you need your money. In the meantime do not give him any more! If he makes an issue of this he cannot be a true friend.
