 okay i did answer this one yesterday :P but will answer it again for yhu...
give her a picture of what you want it to look like that way she can realistically see u with it, if this doesnt work rebellion is not the answer, i no it seems hard but maybe you should wait...
try telling her that if it does come off and u dont like it then u wont cry as she is putting it but will get on with it and live with it
it is your life and being sensible about your hair is part of that, and maybe this is what it takes to show your mum your serious about this
just try the picture cutting first
