If your don't have a relative, call a neighbour, right now.
You need to know how high her temperature is, and how long she has been running it, so check and see if you have a thermometer in the medicine cabinet. Shake it down first. If she has been running a moderately high temp for 48 hours (101), she needs a Doctor, and if she has been running a high temperature (104) for a day, she needs a Doctor. You need to keep her lightly covered, keep her taking paracetemol or tylenol Every 4 hours. If her fever is high, then get her into a cool bath to get her fever down. A cold facecloth behind her neck and on her forehead will help bring her fever under control. If she doesn't seem normal, then call an ambulance.
