 You may just have to insert partially and use your hand(s) around his shaft to simulate deeper penetration. I think that most guys would agree that that would be sufficient, and much better than having teeth scrape our erections.

Unfortunately, this is nothing you can do to help this situation. Your jaw is only so flexible, due to it's unique design. There is a possibility that surgery could assist you in this but that is a overly excessive way to go. I'm sorry that I couldn't be of more help. It's just one of those things will no options.
