Don't go out with him!
It would be hurtful and nasty to rub your best mate's feelings into the mud like that.
I very much doubt he would be worth hurting your friend for.
Tell him no and go out for a big day of shopping with her to hang out and get the trust back.
Good Luck!! xx

i will tell you one thing that will sum up your whole problem..
your friends and family should always come first, they will always be there when boys aren't.

How about suddenly, he loses interest with you and want to date your friend instead? You would just probably do the very same thing. Talk to her about it and perhaps the two of you may reach a compromise. Take your time to know the guy as a friend. This will help you to determine what he's really like and whether he's worth losing your friend for. Be careful with what you wish for.
