 He kissed you he did not procalaim un-dying love for you, he took the opportunity to go behind his girlfriends back and have a snog with you. He does not love you if he did he would know you better, finish with his girlfriend and be dating you properly.
Tell him he has had his last kiss until he finishes with his girlfriend and goes out with you.
