My marriage is falling apart-I need advice!

This question goes with the one I read my husband cuts me down all the time and tells his friends bad things about me. I have been married for 8 years and we have two wonderful children together. What do I do i still love him but I can't take his behavior anymore. Sometimes we are great and then he starts going out and drinking and then he becomes hateful. He hates my hours of working and it just doesnt matter what I do. I need some HELP!!! my marriage is falling apart
