He's a pretty cool guy, funny, really smart too. I also like the fact that he like sports as much as i do. But here is the thing my (little) sister seems to be flirting with him as much as he and i flirt with each other, my sister though is a huge flirt she flirts with everyone. She has actually stolen a boyfriend from me before it annoys me because i think im starting to like this guy and i dont want the same thing to happen again. The guy seems to like me back but i'm really insecure. Please give advice.

I would be honest with your sister and say that you like the guy before she developes any feelings for him. Hopefully she respects that but if not you may have to take the other approach which is to win the guy over. This could be done by making sure that he knows you like him.
It shouldn't be a fight for a guy between you two because it never works out well for anyone then so I hope she respects the fact that you like him. In the end if he can't at least pick one of you then he doesn't deserve either of you.
