Me and my best friend have been talking and have found out that my best friends little sister likes my brother and we are trying to get them together. How can I do this?

he will resent you if you try to interfer, but you could mention in passing that she has a crush on him, get those little wheels in his brain turning.....

 You don't, your brother should make his own choices!
Tell him in passing that this other girl thinks he's nice but don't go trying to break people up because he'll end up resenting you for it in the long run. Let the relationship run it's course at his age (and your age) relationships are just and experience and are not going to last forever. When he decides it's time to break up with this girl then see if he would like to be set up with your mates sister.
However, you say his girlfriend is ugly, maybe to you but that maybe his "type" and your best friend's sister may not be his type at all.
So I think what I am saying here is let him live his life until he really needs your help or he asks for it.

Life is about making mistakes and learning from them. Leave your brother to decide who he wants to go out with because it isn't really any of your business.

You could tell him that your best friend sister likes him, but then leave it down to him-he'll soon realise his current cow isn't worth it, but don't interfer too much because he should be allowed to pick and choose who he goes out with-even if it would be pretty cute for your best friends lil sis to go out with your brother BUT say they did go out then break up, will your best friend's frienship with her endure the problem? Just some thing to think about!
