reader, anonymous, writes (8 June 2010): The general smell of the vagina and discharge can change due to foods you eat, maybe this is the cause or the odor from your period. Fishy food can produce a stronger fish smell of the discharge so think about what you've eaten? It's normal for there to be a smell to your period and for it to change, just lhe smell of your vaginal discharge will change through out the month.
