My immaturity is causing jealousy of his ex wife and I have to stop!

How can I get over my jealousy towards his ex wife? They have kids, she isn't friendly towards me but they get along good. I don't feel that she's a threat to me really as she has her own man but I'm still very jealous of her and...well, I don't what else but it gives me a bad attitude. Either way, it's not warranted and is causing us problems and making me look like a huge ass everytime I blow up out of seemingly nowhere. Am I just immature or something because it feels like I can't help it. I just can't stand the thought of her. I just would like to know of some ways I can think of it differently so I'll stop acting like such a bitch everytime her name is brought up. Thanks for any suggestions.
