We had sex 1 time since he began the Cialis , 1 month ago. His semen was downright runny. DOes this mean he has been cheating?

I am the Original poster. and yes I do have sex education. The consistency of semen is also often affected by how often a man ejaculates. Generally, sperm takes a few months to mature in the testicles. If a man ejaculates several times each day, such as with frequent masturbation or intercourse, his testicles will usually not be able to produce enough sperm to keep up. This will often result in less sperm present in the semen. Instead of the semen being thick and white, the lack of sperm could cause watery semen.

Medication or diet I would imagine could potentially change the consistency.

What possible reason would his semen have for changing consistency because he slept with someone else?

The change in consistency could be a side effect of the Cialis, or even a change in diet, but it is most certainly NOT due to cheating.

Do you have any education about sex? Why would his semen we indicative of anything other than the semen itself?
No, it does not mean he cheated. Semen comes from inside HIS body, not from the woman he has sex with.
