 Try sitting down with him and asking him what exactly it is about kissing you properly he finds so disgusting. The trick is to not sound too whiney, needy, or upset.If he gives you an answer, try to find a compromised way to kiss. Also... try to explain to him, calmly, why you need to be kissed in that way. Tell him the way it makes you feel when he refuses to. Hopefully he'll understand and want to work it out.
