Please calm down. You are looking into this too much. If someone is cheating, there are 'signs' plural...love bites, scratches, not just one chaffed nipple.

Not to scare you my mom developed a type of skin cancer that left her with patches of raw skin :(
Maybe she thinks you find it gross or she is too scared to go see her doctor?
Sucking and scraping should not leave her with scabs. AT ALL.

 My husband is rough, he bites and nibbles, I like it that way (I know, TMI) but the point is, I have never gotten any scabs, just soreness the next day. Tisha is right, there could be something medical going on. Your wife needs to see a doctor

 She may have an infection or a skin condition that needs medical attention. i think redness or scaliness of the nipple or breast can also be an indicator of breast cancer.
Stop worrying about cheating and start worrying about her health. Get her to her doctor right away. After she's checked out, THEN you can start worrying about cheating, if it transpires that there's no medical explanation for that scabby area.
