Question - (26 November 2009) 1 Answers - (Newest, 26 November 2009)
A female United Kingdom age 36-40, anonymous writes:

Me and my bf have been together for one year are we great together and get on really well.

He says that he loves me loads and would do anything for me but when i was tidying up for him i found loads of stuff from his last gf, he said she was a huge part of his life and don't want to throw away, the five years of memories he had with her.

He has loads of sexy pics, her underwear and other items i find uncomfortable of him having in his house.

He says i'm being a control freak and that it should not bother me but it does.

Little help and thanks for reading.

A male reader, CaringGuy United Kingdom +, writes (26 November 2009):

Well some people just have to hang on to the past. Personally, I didn't keep anything. but some do. Yes, she was a large part of his life and he doens't want to forget. But keeping sexy pics and underwear (which is more like stalker now she's an ex) really is a bit too much. Letters I can understand. So I'm afraid it comes to a choice. Can you handle him hanging onto the past, or would you be better moving on. The fact is, he has already made it clear he won't get rid of it. Now you need to do some serious thinking about what you want.
