Contrary to an earlier response, it is possible to pass certain conditions by kissing. One such is a yeast infection, which is also a STD. It usually manifests orally as a white coating on the tongue with bumps being common. In that form it can become gastrointestinal, but yeast infections can also be vaginal which may include discharge. You may be wise to visit your gynecologist.
