writes: My girlfriend and I have been going out for almost a year and I'm pretty sure that I love her and want to always be with her. Her brother died in July, and since then she has become quite dependent on me, which I don't mind but she continually tells me I'm not putting in the effort to support her. reader, anonymous, writes (21 November 2005): ask her what she wants you to do and explain you dont know what she wants from you. And just saddle up and do what she asks, if you love her nothing is too much to ask
