My girlfriend is overly bonded to family/parents, what do I do?

I have a girl that I have been seeing for over a year. She is 42 and has 3 brothers and mother and father. She has to consult with all of them before she makes any decision. If they knock down what she wants to do, then that is what happens. She does what they want all the time and her opinion/wants don't matter. In addition, the advice they often give her is wrong. She won't ever stand up to them even when I believe they are abusing their reign over her. Don't know what to do.
