 I think it's a little premature to assume that though I can easily see why you would think that. Where is she going and what is she doing when she is lying?? Do you know she's not where she would say she is when shes lying? The bottom line is that she is lying for a reason, the question is what is that reason.
The one thing that doesnt square with her having an affair is her reassurence of you...has there been disruption in your sex life before? maybe she has health worries?...I think you need to look at this from all possible angles before you reach any conclusions.
