And then another time we were having sex and she karate chopped my back! It hurt but apparently she thought it was hilarious cause she smirked and said "The ninja always strikes when least expected..."I'm just wondering what would motivate my girlfriend not to be so silly all the time and what can I do about it? reader, anonymous, writes (8 October 2008): maybe shes just not right for you? she seems to have a fun loving,goofy personality.some men might enjoy the fun and randomness that she brings into the relationship.but others,like yourself,may not like it so much.its a part of who she is,and i dont think you should try to change someone in that way just to suit your needs.learn to love it,or move on i would say:)

 Just tell her straight. cos eventually it will get too annoying and you will go off her anyway so you might as well save it and say to her about it. Every now and then it's ok to be goofy but ye ....not all the time.
