Maybe she feels that if she didn't tell you then she is keeping things from you? Best thing is to ask her why she is telling you as you know her best and her reply will give you a sense of what she is trying to accomplish.

 She is obviously trying to make you jealous. Maybe she doesn't feel you give her enough attention anymore and she wants to let you know other men do find her attractive, or maybe she just wants to make you jealous to hurt you. Only you know this girl, you tell us. Is she doing this to hurt you? Or could you be doing a bit more to make her feel like the princess she is to you?

Maybe she wants you to treat her if shes entherzizing that shes maybe good loooking and rememding you thats no matter how many guys hit on her your relationship is strong enough to keep up with it.Over all i think i may just be a sighn that shes missing you and trying to prove to you that no matter how many guys chat her up shell always love you. However she might meeen it in a horny way!.Dont worry about it though.
