I agree with everything Gemini said and would like to add, maybe when she's sitting, when she's not expecting it, give her a little shoulder massage? I'm sure she's tense and stressed and upset that she didn't do well on her test and that would make her feel good while at the same time showing that you're a caring boyfriend. Just be patient with her - this will pass; she's just upset at the moment.

You can't do anything about it. If she wants space then you have to give it to her. The more eager you become the more further she would go. It is really bugging if you want to be all alone and someone is constanly on your head. So be patient and wait for her but be there when she asks for your help and needs you.
