She said she will miss me lots and I want to believe her but I am scared that she will come back changed and not want to be with me anymore. My gf says that 14 weeks is nothing and that she loves me and will be back soon, but what if she meets someone else. I couldn't bear to lose her Reply to this Question Share |

Anything could happen, that's true. But do you want to be the anchor around her neck that stopped her from going. She'll resent you and her friend will hate you. She'll never let you forget it. You'd only be stopping her for your insecurity.

She is going to travel, have some fun, time to herself and find her true self. Then she will return to you refreshed and no different than when she left, except for a few stories and experiences that she has had along the way. 14 weeks really isn't anything, especially if she loves you as she does. There is a saying that 'abscence makes the heart grow fonder' Im sure she will be very glad to be back home with you.
