If he were that jealous of you being with others he would have readily taken you off the market but he didn't so he's not.
You were literally the gift that kept on giving and now you are giving it to others and so his free meal is at stake! Just move on.

Your kissing some guy/any other guy is NONE OF HIS BUSINESS.... IF he wants you to be a "true" "girlfriend" then he must tell you so, see if you concur, and the two of you can become "B/F-G/F" and that will change the dynamics of what should go on between the two of you....

Well, maybe it's time to end the FWB anyways? I wouldn't worry, maybe that was the PUSH he needed to start thinking about meeting someone he can care about and be on a real relationship with.
