writes: So I told a couple of my girl friends what's been going between me and a guy for the past couple of weeks and they automatically said that the guy must like me, but the second I told them who it was, they instantly told me that he couldn't like me because that is how he is with all the other girls. However, I asked them if he was like that with them and they said no. Are they just trying to be good friends or is there some kind of other motive to why they are rejecting the idea so quickly? maybe he is maybe he is not like that with everyone and your mates are being mates well sort of id ask one you trust "how come you said ..... and when you mentioned his name you ......? but then only you can decide. my addvice would be to stay as you are, ask and keep your eyes open, time will tell.

That's a tricky question, I can't tell you which it is. I can suggest though, if you want to know if it's how it is with him, ask another girl he has contact with, and see if it is how he is with her. It sounds kinda fishy, but they may just be good friends. Or if you're the bold type, ask him if he likes you.
