My friends act like little girls! Is it because their parents divorced?

Question - (20 January 2009) 1 Answers - (Newest, 20 January 2009)
A female Canada age 41-50, anonymous writes:

I have a few friends(my age)who are children of divorce. They are now grown women and act like little girls(very annoying) Is this behavior the result of divorce? Did they get stuck at a certain age(perhaps the age their parents divorced)and now act like that to get the attention they never got then? Will they grow out of it or are they stuck here permanently(it's very hard to relate to 30+women who act like little girls, talk like little girls, play with dolls, wine and stomp their foot till they get their way................etc)

Thanks so much:)

Thank you Gina

I think you are totally right....

I am a little reluctant to bring it up to them because when i have in the past i was called an old woman for wanting to act grown up responsible. I want to just avoid them but that is a lose lose situation as well cause i need my friends in my life.........hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
