heartbrokenhelper agony auntall i can say is that he most likely , has a crush on you, and the way boys show their emotion is that the tease, they tease A LOT.. and yep as others say strike up a "friendly" conversation and add some flirtation maybe return the favor and be a tease back. if that fails cease to mention it again and it will blow over soon enough..

(trust me i have done worse like cussing during a ten-commandments debate lets just say whopsies)

and well GOOD LUCK

Aunty BimBim agony auntohhh I too remember the same sort of embaressment. I have to say I like tennistars suggestion of telling him your friend has a dormant case of Tourettes.

However, it will blow over, and will be forgotten by everybody but you .... in the meantime talk to your friend, ask her what she thinks was so "friendly" in her actions.

If you are the age your profile says, then that is normal behavior for a boy that likes you too. He wants your attention. However, if he is saying nasty stuff, that's the opposite.

tennisstar88 agony auntOh geez, talk about a walk down memory lane!! I had a friend who did that to me in the lunchroom. How embarrassing and what's our friends' problem, you know?

Sadly, there's nothing you can really do except give your friend a talking to, next time she needs to keep her trap shut..How would she like it if you announced to the lunch room her crush was approaching? She wouldn't like it one bit. Now, your guy shooting you weird looks. Well it does blow over after a few days, they seem to forget about your best friend's word vomit. If your lucky, they start talking to you..then you have to thank your friend. In the mean time, you can flirt with other boys in front of him to make him forget. Or if you really like him, then I suggest talking to him. Apologize for your friend's outburst, maybe make up an excuse that she has a dormant case of Tourette's and just chit chat with him to see where it goes.
