My fault that he is unhappy and depression

(Mod Note: Two questions merged.)

1) Ok well I been with a guy since I was bout 13 an im 21 now we have a kid dats 6mos we seem to love eachother but he acts like its my fault that he is unhappy with the female he is with now so my question is do anyone thinks he is just upset because im trying to move on and he isn't happy with her or is he still in love with me? So is that why he trys to make things my fault?

2) What type of dr do you go see when your going for depression? Is it your primary doctor? Or what?

It could be that he is jealous of the fact that you are trying to move on, and he doesn't like it, so he is trying to make you feel bad. Or maybe he is sad that things aren't working between you. Whatever the reason, it is NOT your fault for the way he feels. Don't let him or anyone else make you feel responsible, we are all responisble for ourselves.

Yes, you can just go to your normal doctor, and they can prescribe medication if needed, refer you to other people, or even simply advise you on ways you can help yourself feel better. Hope this helps. x
