Depending on how old your kids are you can fight for custody, he has no right to take them away from you.
He sounds like a control freak and is using the kids as a way to hurt you.
I am not sure about america but in the UK there are places you can get advise on leagal issues.
You could also file a restraining order against him preventing him contacting you or being in your area and if he fails to comply with that you can have him arrested.

 Talk to a lawyer if you aren't getting the legal access to your kids that your custody agreement allows you. If your husband has total custody then perhaps you need to go back to court and sue for a change in the custody agreement.
