Well you are young so if it's happening at school, report her for being a bully.
If it's happening not at school then ask your parents to tell her parents that harassment is a crime and you don't want to get the police involved but you will if they don't stop.
Once her mum finds out what she's been up to then I'm sure it will all stop.
