writes:Hi.. Me and my girlfriend of 4 years broke up 2 weeks ago and ive just found out that she has been sleeping with her ex!! She was stringing me along also and giving me hope that we might get back together, but now its just out of the question. I feel so hurt by the fact that she could just through away 4 years of our relationship and go back to her asshole ex in just 2 weeks!! Infact i suspect that it has probably been going on for sometime probably before she broke up with me. I feel so sick that she chose him over me and hurt that our 4 years clearly meant nothing to her. Even when she knew i found out she still texts to say sorry and that she still loves me although she has made no attempt to get back with me. How can i move on from this without feeling like I cant trust anyone again? I thought i knew her and thought that she would never be like this but i was clearly wrong! Please help me see this as a positive thing and not a gut wrenching experience that has killed my confidence, self esteem and trust in faithful partners.Thanks in advance for any help.

 maybe she did get back with him - or sleep with him- cause she was really hurt and wanted comfort from a familliar person/situation .. that is kind of natural with some people .. look dont be quick to make up your mind about her being unfaithfull i know this is really hurtful for you but dont question a 4 years old relation , maybe talk to her and have a closure of some kind
