writes: I broke up with my boyfriend a while ago because I needed a little break. He's a little clingy and way too insecure and he wasn't really my type. Plus, he's 19, and I'm younger than 18 years old. He took this hard and said he couldn't just go back to being friends. Yeah, I still want to be friends with him because he's really nice. Later, he gave me two options: never speak to him again or get back with him. I dislike both options and I don't know what to do. I asked him why he loved ME so much and he said 'S--- happens that can't be explained.' This made me think. Why'd he call this 's---' if he claims to love me so much? It really hurts to see him talk to everyone else but me. I don't know why I feel like this. What should I do?

You should send him on his way. You have other friends and don't need to be blackmailed into a relationship you don't want.
