My ex bf is always logged onto messenger...is waiting for me to chat to him or is talking to other girls?

me n my bf were used to chatting on yahoo msger. he would log on for me and me too. now we've broken up but I dont know, I cant get over him. he too on the either side had some family issues and so broke up, not willingly either. but I still see him come online. he acts indifferent to me, but never forgets to log on and keep it on for the entire day. sometimes he logs on to sms on yahoo msger if he is out of town. i dont know what to make out of this. he has been head strong all along, I dont know if he wants to get back to me, i dont know if he has started talkin to some other girl...cant make out.
