writes:Whenever I see my ex, he either gives me weird, nasty looks or whispers to his mates about me. I dont understand why he is doing it, we split up nearly 2 years ago because he left me for someone else, so it should be me that has a problem with him!But I did get close to one of his friends last summer but didnt take it further and Im convinced it is because of that. I think that he thinks that I still like him and try to make him jealous but I honestly dont. Ive moved on but I just want him to stop doin wot hes doing. I dont want to confront him cos I will make myself look stupid. Please help.

it sounds like he's jealous and he's trying to be the big man around his mates by putting you down, possibly because he feels stupid because he regrets leaving you. men often take it hard when an X goes with a friend, he's proberbly feeling hurt. no doubt he'l start wondering if something was going on between you and his friend when you wer still together.i expect he is also feeling betrayed by his friend but blames you for the betrail. either way you have done nothing to feel guilty about, just try and ignore him, he is behaving like a child so is unlikely to respond to an adult conversation.
