My ex and I keep arguing and then making up with sex. Would this work in a marriage?

Am been for this relationship for more than 3 years,..but recently, after having sex, I always find one way or the other to have a misunderstanding with her , or she having a mis understanding with me., we quarrel for up to 1 week, then we make up again., I don't know why this is happening, but I think am really loving her the more, except for the quarrel. Is this how I would cope even after marriage?.. Quarrel after sex?..please help out
