Well if you watch too much or just watch rubbish, then I guess it's kinda bad for you. But as long as you don't rely on it for your evening entertainment, then I'm sure it's fine.

If you are watching just for the sake of watching ,

then it will rot your brain. LOL!

Hi Hunny

My dad said the same, Meaning get outside and do something..But he was watching the sports and news and other stuff...It made me laugh your question..Not at you love but it took me right back its a very old saying. It wont really rot your brain hunny he just wants you to do something other than sit glued to the t.v difficult I no when your young but I found joy in my greenhouse with the insects in the end...YOU TAKE CARE WITH LOVE N HUGS MANDY XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
